ENVIRONMENT PRESERVATION "The environment is where we all meet; where we all have a mutual interest; it is the one thing all of us share." Lady Bird Johnson Students need to learn about environmental preservation because it teaches them the value of doing their part to preserve the environment and how they may contribute to a sustainable future for everybody. Students need to learn about environmental preservation for the following reasons: Environmental preservation education works to increase public awareness of the state of the environment today, the factors that contribute to environmental deterioration, and the actions that people and communities may take to address these issues.
